The rapport of a participant is done via the menu option “My courses”. The instructor chooses the respective course and clicks on the course to get a more detailed overview. While viewing the course details there is another option of “Change course profile”. This option allows to change the profile of all the course participants, should they not match the course profile. The profile will also be changed in the participants data in the ski school database.

With “My availability” the ski instructors can change in what period they are available for courses. You can either change the availability in a monthly or daily overview and click on single days or mark a specific time. Afterwards the instructors choose what kind of availability they have in this period. „My ToDo’s“ lists the tasks assigned to an instructor in the ski school program. The number on the right-hand side signifies the number of ToDo’s in the list.
