Consent questions configuration

Consent questions provide the ski school with the opportunity to inquire about the customer's agreement to data privacy regulations and other permissions.

Once customers log in to the customer portal using the provided link, they will be notified if they haven't filled out the data privacy regulations.

You can configure the data privacy consents for the customer portal under Basic Configuration - Consent Questions.

Adding a new question:

Use the order number to determine the question's sequence. If a question is not relevant for the ski school, it can be made inactive by double-clicking on the respective question, removing the checkmark next to "Active" (located to the right of the order number), and selecting "Change."

The "Name" serves as the label for the question. To edit the question displayed in the customer portal, simply click on the text line. Questions can be provided in multiple languages, including German, English, French, Italian, Czech, and Dutch.

If confirming a question is considered mandatory, you can enable this with the "Fixed selection" checkbox.

Finally, create the question by clicking on the "Add" icon mceclip0.png.

Edit an existing question:

To edit an existing question, load the data into the editing form by double-clicking on the respective question, just as you would when creating a new question. You can edit the settings or activate/deactivate the question as needed. Save the question with the new changes using the "Edit" icon mceclip1.png.

When a customer has set their consents through the customer portal, the consents can be viewed in the Addresses section under Customers. Each question has its own column.

Plese note: To allow a guest to view group photos from their courses, they must provide consent for the standard photo query (e.g., "I agree that photos of me or my children may be taken during skiing lessons and ski races, which I can subsequently purchase.").
