Feedback configuration

The ski school receives feedback from guests about the courses they have booked through the evaluation questions.

Guests have the opportunity to provide feedback once the course is in the past. It is offered to the guest right when registering in the customer portal to rate the course.

In WS Sports, the feedback questions for the customer portal are configured under Basic Configuration > Evaluation Questions.

Add a new question:

To maintain the correct order of questions, start by entering a numerical order for the question. Make sure to check the "Active" checkbox so that the question appears in the customer portal. In the "Name" field, enter an internal name for the question. This name won't be visible in the customer portal. By clicking on "Text," a text window will open. Here, you can enter the question text in multiple languages, including German, English, French, Italian, Czech, and Dutch. This text will be visible in the customer portal.

If you want the question to be rated with stars, you need to specify the maximum number of stars the guest can give under "Max Value." If the question should only allow text answers, set the "Max Value" to 0.

Finally the question can be added by clicking mceclip0.png.

Edit an existing question:

To edit an existing question, double-click on the respective question to load its data into the editing form. Similar to when creating a new question, you can edit the settings or deactivate the question as needed. Finally, save the question with the new changes by using the "Edit" icon mceclip1.png.
