The weekly calendar functions like the Calendar, but shows the entire week. Courses can also be reserved, sold, split, cancelled reported and edited here via the Calendar. It is only the Approximate allocations and allocations, which can be edited only in the Calendar and not in the weekly calendar.
Extras – Customise is used to determine how many days the calendar should show. In this way activating Customise size can also influence the size of the display. The more days displayed, the narrower the columns become.
For private courses it is possible to link contiguous tickets in the weekly calendar and thus to make it evident which courses are associated with the same participant, the same receipt number or the same process. The respective courses are linked by a line once Contiguous Tickets and the appropriate criterion have been selected in the Context Menu for a course.
