In the journal, under “Edit” -> “Course change with down payment,” you can easily change bookings that have already been paid for.
The amount already paid for the original booking is automatically converted into a deposit, and the new booking is entered with the outstanding amount.
The assignment (e.g., to a teacher or course) remains completely intact, and the report card is automatically adjusted. In addition, a comment about the course change is added to the report card so that the change can be traced at any time.
Example:
A guest originally booked a 3-hour ski lesson and has already paid for it in cash at the office.
Now he decides to ski for the whole day. In the journal, you can now select the full-day course via Edit - Change course with deposit. By clicking Save, we create a new booking for the full-day course with the full amount and convert the original booking into a deposit. When the customer then pays the outstanding amount, the deposit already paid is taken into account and deducted accordingly.
