In the Config Client certain documents can be stored as a seperate email attachment with the confirmation email. You can find the setting at Base configuration --> invoice & confirmation --> Documets.
If this document is to be sent with all articles, the check mark must be set for "Send with all articles".
If, for example, the attachment should only be sent with a certain article, you select the article after uploading the document:
