Hide past courses

Each guest can view his future, current and past courses. Should you want to hide the course history, you can do so by activating this under settings in the customer admin portal.

Minimum number of stars for Google reviews

When rating through the customer portal, if a guest gives a 5-star rating, they receive a prompt to share the review on Google. This setting can be modified so that the prompt appears even with, for example, 4 stars.

Payment of open offers, reservations, and invoices

Open reservations, offers, and invoices from WS Sports can be paid directly by customers through the customer portal. For this to be enabled, the setting "Payment of open invoices/reservations/offers" must be activated in the mySports admin portal. The prerequisite for this is that the payment link in WS Sports is activated and that the online shop or website is implemented with the master template from Waldhart Software. Special Offers

Special offers for customers can be assembled and promoted in the customer portal. These offers can also be linked to a discount code. Initiating shop bookings via the customer portal

For all ski school customers using a webshop from Waldhart Software, shop booking can be activated in mySports. Customers who do not have any upcoming courses will receive information about the online shop on their dashboard. Email text for Print@Home ticket

For paid tickets, there is an option in the customer portal for guests to print a Print@Home ticket.
