Guests can be informed of last-minute course changes (e.g. the course is cancelled due to bad weather) via the Journal.
You can search for guests with the relevant criteria under Sales – Journal using the Advanced Search.
It is important to tick the Valid from / to box and set the appropriate period. You could also filter by a specific Course Type or by items in a specific Goods Group:
Click on OK to display the corresponding bookings.
To inform guests about changes, click on Communication – email confirmation guest – and the required language.
To ensure that the email is sent to all affected guests who were previously filtered out, the All box must be ticked.
