If your website has a news ticker, it can be found on the home page.
It is the element "WS Newsticker".
You can edit the the element when you click on the pencil symbol.
Several tickers can be created here. The display duration per message can also be set.
If you click on "Add new news element" you can add a new Ticker.
A ticker consists of a heading and a text. Optionally, an image or a link to a URL / page can also be stored in the page tree.
