In principle, the guest automatically receives the email/SMS with the link when the course is sold or when online bookings are transferred to the journal.

In the Checkout window, you can adjust the settings for each transaction yourself.

In the journal, under the Communication menu, there are functions with which the link can be resent:

  • Email Customer Portal Invitation: Guest receives the link again via email.
  • SMS Customer Portal Invitation: Guest receives the link again via SMS.
  • Copy Customer Portal URL to Clipboard: The guest's customer portal link is copied to the clipboard, allowing the ski school to view the guest's link (the link can be pasted into the browser using CTRL + V).
